is located in the wine-growing village of Sedlec near Mikulov, just behind the local church in the direction of Lednice. The newly renovated building of Panská sýpka features a restaurant, followed by a private lounge and a cozy wine cellar.

Since 2020, we have also opened a wellness area, which includes a Finnish sauna, a hydromassage hot tub for up to 12 people, and an outdoor year-round swimming pool.
